Steven Morris

Mr. Morris is the author of the book "What Now? The Real Estate Salespersons Guideline Book" and the creator of  the eight CD "Real Estate Sales Success System" and the eight CD "Real Estate Company Success System - Mastering Recruiting" and "Real Estate Company Success System -Mastering Agent Production & Retention". He has been a real estate broker for 30 years  and is licensed in both the states of California and Florida.  Mr. Morris started his real estate career after a successful career as a professional musician in the late 1970's. He has 5 music CDs to his credit.  When he began his real estate career at the age of 27, interest rates were hovering at 9% and crept to 18% in his first 3 years as a real estate salesperson. In spite of that he had 4 transactions in his first month and had over 200 by the end of his 3rd year as a salesperson. He then founded SJ Morris Real Estate in Beverly Hills, CA in the early 80s and personally recruited over 500 real estate agents in multiple locations during the next 10 years.  He then sold his company and later accepted a position on the executive staff of the fifth largest real estate company in the US with 4,000 agents and 50 offices.  He was later appointed as the Executive General Manager for a large, multiple location, real estate and mortgage company in Orange County California, which subsequently became a franchise with locations worldwide.  He then relocated to Orlando, Florida and embarked on a career as an independent real estate consultant, trainer, coach and public speaker.  He has an extensive real estate sales, real estate recruiting and real estate sales management  background that is guaranteed to help you grow your business by coaching you in sales, recruiting, retention, sales management, business planning, and marketing.

(Largest Local Company)  We are a small market with eleven companies. We have a goal to recruit three productive, experienced agents this year. So, we are one-third of the way there and of course we are being selective.
